Sol Systems Dj Journey only began to take serious shape in January of 2024. Following years of design, music production and instrumental experimentation, Sol made the effective decision to enter NYC's vivid nightlife with the ultimate goal of playing internationally and at festivals! At the start of the year Systems Open Decks was created - a weekly community event in the heart of Astoria, meant to cultivate a house music community in a previously untapped geography of New York City.

With a sophisticated space for hundreds of djs and musicians to express themselves and gain a platform to do so in front of a real organic crowd, many of these djs made their entry into the house music scene through the NYC open deck circuit. These talented djs and artists now

regularly play shows and have their own

residencies! Astoria currently holds 3 different open decks for electronic music. Mission Accomplished.

Sols music style and mixing is rooted in heavy bass elements while keeping the overall sound rhythmic yet minimal. monumental artists such as Kolter, Dimmish, Erik Chico have played an integral role in Sols mixing style and production.
